Vivisol
Vivisol is a European home care group that specializes in medical products for lung and respiratory conditions.

Secure, direct access to their supplies and orders lowers the barrier to good care for Vivisol's patients.
Our solution
The challenge
To give patients more autonomy and improve service delivery, Youwe built a self-service portal on Pimcore. Pimcore is the master data hub that keeps product and inventory information accurate and consistent.
The portal matches patients with the right medical supplies based on their prescriptions and care protocols, so they receive what they need, nothing more and nothing less. Patients manage their own supplies in a safe, easy-to-use environment.
To support coordinated care, the portal is integrated with Salesforce, so patient data, referring care professionals and medical history stay in sync in real time. Teams work from one source of truth, with less administration and fewer manual errors.
MuleSoft middleware connects the platform with SAP S/4HANA, so product availability, logistics and order fulfillment stay in sync. Care providers can focus on patients rather than processes.
Prescribers and care partners reach the portal through single sign-on or a direct link to a patient. When a new patient is created, the portal first checks whether that patient already exists.
Patients reorder consumables such as masks and tubing with a replenishment feature based on their order history, so returning users do not need manual follow-ups.
The portal is monitored for uptime and data protection, which supports continuity of care. In 2024 Youwe moved the platform from Pimcore 6 to Pimcore 11.

The results
Each user group gets its own environment and journey in the portal, matched to what patients, prescribers and care providers need.
