With five drinks wholesalers, it is exclusive Grolsch distributor for the hospitality and event industry. In the current situation, more than 80% of the customers preferred telephone customer service than an online service. The choice for the traditional channel is not very surprising since the online platform is no longer offering full support to the ordering process of the catering entrepreneurs. This is because no prices could be shown and the stock information could not be made real-time to entrepreneurs. It took a lot of time for both customer service and the customer to fulfill an order.
To change this a B2B e-commerce shop was built with Magento and the platform was linked in real-time to SAP ECC with the Magento SAP Connector. Also, Youwe helped De Klok Dranken to connect better with new potential clients. And made a Buyer Persona and customer journey for them.
