360training
360training sells knowledge, and knowledge needs structure. As a US provider of online regulatory, compliance and career training, its catalogue is made of courses: sold to individuals and businesses, combined into packages, kits and subscriptions, and shaped by the requirements of each industry and state. All of that information has to sit somewhere structured enough to feed every system that sells and delivers training.

The goal: give 360training one structured Pimcore foundation for a catalogue of courses, packages and subscriptions.

The challenge

The results
A PIM foundation built for course data. Pimcore Enterprise gives 360training an enterprise-grade base, with a data model shaped around courses, kits, bundles and subscriptions.
An MVP on solid ground. The MVP builds on that foundation, so new features extend a structured model instead of working around it.
Course data ready to share. The GraphQL datahub and Service Bus events are built to give downstream systems a consistent, current view of course data, alongside work to align course and product data with NetSuite.
A platform 360training owns. The PIM is set up on 360training's own Azure with a repeatable release pipeline, keeping control of the platform with the client.
A model the team can own. A structured PIM foundation gives 360training a base to extend as its catalogue and channels evolve.
Training providers sell structured knowledge, and their course data deserves the same care. Youwe helps organisations take over and rebuild PIM platforms so product and course information becomes a foundation that every other system can rely on.
