The results

Youwe and MaxiAxi delivered:

  • A Magento code quality audit and kickstart that gave both sides a clear picture before maintenance changed hands.

  • A structured takeover of maxiaxi.com in July 2024 under continuous improvement and support, with regular quarterly business reviews.

  • Platform care focused on performance, user experience and reliability.

  • A first Youwe production release in October 2024 that went live in a late-night window to limit impact on shoppers.

The Magento platform behind maxiaxi.com was placed in safe hands: from audit through takeover to a first controlled release, with a stable base for MaxiAxi's ambition to keep growing.
