Youwe has built and developed the Partner Hub with Booking.com for years. The latest chapter brings AI into it: summaries generated by AI, tools for editors, and a new AI search that answers partner questions directly.
The Partner Hub has grown from a content platform into a place where partners can ask a question and get help straight away.

The challenge
A new AI search
Working closely with Booking.com, Youwe designed and built a new search experience. Partners ask a question and get an AI summary and relevant articles, with a way to give feedback on every answer. The search runs as a headless widget within the Drupal platform. It was launched as an experiment, tracked closely with analytics and feedback, and then taken live.
