Anika is the customer experience manager at Heineken. Within the company, she first got to discover B2C e-commerce and now as Customer experience manager, her focus is to transform the B2B e-commerce order-taking platforms of Heineken into full-blown customer engagement platforms for all countries world-wide that have B2B e-commerce available. Anika was also a member of the expert group The Architecture of Customer Engagement during ShoppingTomorrow led by Youwe.

Rogier is always on top of the changes that are happening in the digital jungle. He has been the guide of many companies to help them with their digital transformation.
