For starters, Eichholtz was looking for a Google Analytics report to receive answers to their most pressing questions. Like many other companies Eichholtz needed insights about:

We began this trajectory by investigating the data tracking set-up and we discovered opportunities to provide Eichholtz with more relevant and actionable data. With a detailed roadmap, we work towards a real-time dashboard, specific for their different target audiences. By combining and centralizing data from different sources the dashboard visualizes each phase within the online funnel of the target groups. Besides an overview of the progress towards set targets, the dashboard provides actionable insights to optimize performance in each phase in the funnel.
